Scarves
A scarf is a piece of fabric that women wear around the neck for a number of reasons from keeping warm, to making a fashion statement, to religious reasons. Scarfs made to keep you warm are usually made of wool, while scarfs made for fashion and religious reasons are usually made of a lighter material such as silk. Women in hotter, dustier places wear scarfs around their whole head to keep dust from getting in their hair.
Women in private schools are often times required to wear scarfs with different colors and designs on them which distinguishes them from each other based on grade levels or different universities or colleges the women may be attending. Although scarfs work okay for showing off differet meanings, the most popular use of a scarf is to keep the women warm in cold areas.
